I have a question. If I start a sog grow in a aero system and go straight to 12/12 from seedling with only a couple days of 18/6 vegging time, what nutes do i use?

I know don't use any nutes at first. but when i do start using nutes, do i use veg nutes when they are small even though they are on a 12/12 cycle? or do I use bloom nutes because they are on 12/12 already.

I will probably be using botanicare pure blend pro grow (3-2-4) and botanicare cns17 bloom (2-2-5)

and using those two types of nutes, should i try mixing them? is using it as foilage spray effective?

I use this for my vegging cycle:

Pure Blend Pro Vegetative 30ml per gallon
Liquid Karma 10ml per gallon
Cal Mag 7ml per gallon

This for flowering:

Pure Blend Pro Bloom 30 ml per gallon
Liquid Karma 10 ml per gallon
Cal Mag 7 ml per gallon
Sweet (Citrus) 8.3 ml per gallon

Do not use fertilizer for foliage spray and when mixing it together, be sure to mix it in a 1 gallon bottle with water so that you can shake it up well separately from your reservoir before you dump it in. You can go straight into 12/12 from seed if you wanted to but it's best to build their strength up a bit by vegging. Whatever the case is, if you're in 12/12, you use the flowering formula nutients and if you're vegging in 18/6 then you use the vegging formula nutrients.

thank you. i think i will try both. straight to 12/12 for half and 18/6 for two weeks and then compare.
