Default Leaves starting to point upwards (not curling) pic he s included

I am growing blue cheese from Barney's farm. My plants are a little over one week old and the leaves are starting to point upwards! What will cause this to happen? I am using flora nova at half the recommended strength for seedlings. They're not the best pictures but everything looks fine with the plants other than the leaves are starting to point upward. Could they be reaching for the light?

cant see you rpics but usually this means they are looking for light... what type of lightsdo you ahve and how far are they from your plants?

They don't need much light at that age. The pics aren't so good, but I'd say if they look healthy don't worry about it, at least for now.
