well i thinks it wrong to flood at night and i think 6 floods is ok

Are you using just hydroton? No rockwool or rapid rooter?

If you are just using hydroton you can flood very often with no issue. It's when you have rockwool or rapid rooter in the medium that you run into issue. They hold too much moisture so you have to give them time to dry out.
