Default transplanting DWC plant to EBB n Flow system

how can i transplant a DWC plant in the growing rocks into a tray with more growing rots without shocking the plant? is this even possible?

i have same prob... i have a few clones that i rooted in a dwc cloner but i want to put into ebb and flow system.. most ppl use rockwool with the ebb and flow systems but i wouldnt be able to cuz the roots are allready growing
