What do you think? And Should we start flowering? (Slow growth)

Hello Everyone,

Its been almost 6 weeks since I started my Bubbleponic system. I am using a 20 gal. container with 4 air stone, 180 gal water pump and Pro Blend Vegetative Nutrients. Just last week I started feeding them the Mid-Size Nutrients (2Tbs/gal). I am using 6 CFL 6500K and 4 four ft florescent lights.

I just wanted to see what you guys think. Do you think they are growing ok? I kind of expected them to be a bit bigger by now ...

Also how long do you think I should wait before I put them into flowering state?

And can some one tell me what this white stuff is on my hydroton and rockwool?

The white stuff is salt/nutrient build up you should flush and feed fresh nutrified/water every 10-14 days.
I think you can switch to 12/12 anytime now, depending on how much vertical room you have. Your plants will grow taller still in the flowering stage.
