Default I have white larvae in my rez

I was doing some cleaning yesterday and I noticed some little eggs in my rez what can I do to kill them, I think there gnat larvae but im not sure I've noticed a few gnats flying around since the season change .
how do I kill them in a 30g rez ???

Yea I'd just dump a bunch of h2o2 in there.

Carefull just dumping h202 in your rez. you may kill off your beneficial bacteria if present.

thanks for the snappy replies all, these dunks are they friendly to plants and when they break down they wont gunk up my pump- my ladies are all in an AF2 60
