hey guys. hey are you tierd of stoped up water jets and broken down big water pumps on your aeroponics systems well me to. i invented a new air turbo jet that uses air from a hakko pump and will fog and mist any system. i foged a 8x8 room with one jet and drenched the cieling and walls from mid height of the room were the jet was located and little air pressure. the jet swirls the water so fast it creates a foggy mist that covers everything and water never passes thru the jet i have housed serval jets five in total in a insulated box and set it outside the homemade aeroponics system i but a 3 inch 12 volt fan blowing into the box which forces air thru a 3 inch pipe into a 4x8 resovoir which has a 8 inch air gap full of roots to the max and its over kill by far and it never gets stops up it,s been 3 crops and i just never even look at them anymore i filter the incoming air from the air pump which was done by the company and i never worry about it. the jet picks up water but it does not pass thru the air hole this 5 jet system are the single jet ones can be adjusted to throw a very fine misty fog are a more watery misty fog and the height of the foggy mist can be adjusted for water content verses fog the jets blow striaght up then fans out drenching everything again with a foggy misty mixture of everything from a 2.5 to 10 micron are larger if wished by ajustment but the foggy 2.5 no matter how adjusted remains there for the roots the roots explode with new growth even on plants near there end of growth when compared to reg. water jet system these things blow them away it,s amazing . i,am thinking of looking for a company to produce them at this point i,am making them my self on a lathe and cnc mill. take care

eh... just go to ebay.... find the seller mauibuilt_products and buy his sprayers. I use them in all of my systems and never had a problem with them. May not have the spread that a "super spinning hydro/air" has but.... in an aero system... you want more than 1 jet anyway. Almost never clog and if they do happen to get one... a strait pin unclogs them in seconds. I always had a great experience in ordering from him... fast shipping etc.

The only reasons why they get clogged up is because of chemicals. There is nothing you can do about build up aside for clean it in my opinion
