how often should i give water to babies?

qhat quantity, how often, and how much nutriments? they are 7 day old

seeds start out with enough nutrients in them to last the first two weeks, during that time water with R/O or distilled water. Once two weeks old in hydro you can start with a small amount like 200ppm then go to 400ppm the next week. Do what ever you like from there. I keep them at about 500ppm all through the veg cycle.
