The only thing I recognize is "Sodium", which is salt. Some pH-/+ has some sodium in it also.

To much sodium could give your plant salt lock up ... or something like that

Ok, ok,... So i can gather that the sodium content is a little high, I'll take that into consideration, thanks man.

Can anyone see anything else that I should be accounting for in this report?
