Welcome to the forum, sorry to here about this recurring problem. Since you can't over or under water in a aero set up wilt could be caused by heat. It could be too high of a temperature in the resevoir or too high of an air temperature. Check those two out. Lift one of the plants out and feel the roots. Are they mushy? Water temp may be too high. What does your thermometer/hygrometer say the maximum and minimum temps have been over the last 24 hours, and what is the relative humidity. Plants can droop from either of these being too high. They kinda fold in on themselves to try and stay alive with the heat and humidity too high.

I have had an aero setup. My plants only wilted once when i accidentally left my pump on for 12 straight hours. If you are running your pump continuosly your plants will wilt. I recommend feeding for 15 min on and 30 min off, it has worked nicley for me in the past.

I disagree with you lucky.

I leave my pump on 24/7 for the first few weeks.
