I had quite a few at 18" and over. Good genes my plants.

That's a point I'd like to bring up. I've heard a lot of newb's wanting to start off with bagseed as they seem to think this'll be easier. I reckon you are much better starting with a strain that has good strong genetics with a traceable ancestry. I have and I must say i'm really impressed with how things are going at the moment.

Sure people are better off growing good genetics, but seeds are expensive, and difficult to get. And most everyone has some 'seeds from a real good bag.'

I always advise people to start off with whatever seeds they can find. That way they are less apt to get pissed (mad, not drunk) when the seeds don't sprout, and they spent 50 bux on them.

Up until 10-15 years ago, that's all anyone ever grew, cause that's all we had. I'm loving all these hybrids.

In England you can just walk into a grow shop and pay cash for seeds. I know of three that are quite close. It is really hard finding seeded bud in this country. I think so anyway. I've been selling for a few years and seeded bud is rare.

If you live in England it is much better to buy your seeds from a shop. For 20 quid you can get 10 seeds from a top quality strain, like White Russian, Ak etc. Knowing what I know now and I'd have only needed to start with 5-10 fems.

It's funny I mention this because I actually bought a strain that I'd never heard of before. We wanted 80 seeds and the only one that he had 80 seeds of was Jack The Ripper. He showed us pictures and told us the heritage of the plants. He also gave us plenty of literature to take with us.

Default Seed banks
So, in America (california) are seed banks legal, because i am starting a fairly large operation this coming season, and i do not think i will be able to obtain many seeds from my buddys. Are seed banks expensive, relible and semi legal? If I buy 2000 seeds will an unwanted law enforcment agent come knocking on my door the next day?

Yes, I believe large quantities of seeds being bought by one buyer is MEANT to be reported to the police. Probably be in the lisence agreement. To be safe visit the shop in person and pay with cash. If you can't do that enter one of rollitup's competitions and win some. Don't know if he's got 2,000 lying around.

It's complicated and science was far from my best subject at school. So let's take a human and give him steroids, which will make him far bigger than his dna intended. Said human will not be able to lift the weights that a man half his size (that hasn't had steroids) could. I mean sure the steroid users muscles are going to look the business but they aren't going to perform feats of magnificent strength like they look like they should.
FYI total bunk!!!

phuq yeah, steroids will make you have more muscle fiber, not like creatine which just makes your muscles retain water, steroids are a GROWTH HORMONE, so yeah I would looooove to smoke steroid driven chronic, sheet man, those buds would be huge and rock hard.
