I tried pinching my plants main stem near the top and somehow I split the stem where I pinched it. Whats going to happen? Should I top it right under where I pinched it and it split?

You could, or you could see what it decided to do, can always top it later!

make sure you plants have plenty of water when you do this. i notice when my plants dry out a bit right before they start to die from drout, they get almost hollowlike inside the stems and they crack real easy

When I seen the title for the thread I figured someone like an older brother, younger brother, or friends was pinching your sack. LOL although I don't know if this problem is any better

just tie a splint around the area and leave it. It shd recover fine.. I've done the same to my plants b4 and the pinched area ends up bigger and tougher than b4. That is if it doesnt drop off and die
