when i was flowing i ran my timer 15 minutes every 2 hours when lights on, and had air stones/pumps in my resivor for extra extra oxygen. i had awesome results. make sure your flow system is saturating the rockwool cubes all the way and not just the center.

Welcome to the forum. Curious, What medium are you using? Watering for an ebb and flow using rockwool can be as low as once a day. Clay pellets on the other hand....Pictures might help to answer a lot of questions. VV
