Question New to Hydroponics

My babies are all sprouted and I have the whole hydroponic setup already but I am afraid of overwatering at such an early stage. Can anyone tell me the best time to move the sprouts and media into the hydroponic garden. I do not want to "jump the gun" and put them in too soon....Thanks
