Lawmakers should draft a bill that is just like the California one. Pretty much anyone could become medical, thus legal.

nope. everyone is welcomed. and drafting a bill like california is easier said than done. if only it was that easy.

Ok cool. And yeah, it was pretty much a miracle that the Cali bill was passed, and miracles don't happen too often.
