Can I harvest already? its an AK47/something else, i think its orange kush. i got it as a clone from a club in LA.
I was hoping to harvest tomorrow or even today. its been flowering for like 8-9 weeks now. i know there are a few white trichs but im a little crunched on time. is it ready? any help is appreciated!

You don't have to wait for all the trichomes to change to amber. You can do it when they first start turning, depending on what kind of high you want.

I can't see the trichs from your photo of course but since the pistils are all mostly brown that at least means the plant is mature so if you need to chop it, chop it.

Damn she is gorgeous. When I do not use my 30x microscope, I use the 50% white to 50% red and then I do flushing then eventual harvest.

The trichomes need to be a milky white. But you canot tell that from looking with the naked eye. You need a handheld microscope to see them that close. Gauging from the color of the hairs(pistols not trichs)isnt that accurate

Oh, and what are you calling trichomes? I have a sneaking suspision you are talking about the pistils, the little hairs on the buds, and since you can't SEE trichomes in that picture I KNOW chiliman is talking about the pistils.

I don't see any sparkle.. a 40-60 mix of amber, cloudy is good... you don't want to end up with basic when for a week more you get good, great...etc.. I do get the time thing.. your call..

That doesnt look ready. The whole plant will have a golden/amber tinge to it when its ready. If you can wait, I'd wait. When its done, you'll know it, and you'll be glad you waited.

i always get mixed up with trichs and pistils. my bad, but from what the majority of people are saying, and because of my time constraints, its harvest time!
