I still live with my parents and me and my buddy are wondering how we could dry and cure without our parents knowing since we cannot bring it home.....any suggestions or methods we could use and i still wanna do this right and have smooth smoke no harsh stuff.

Once you've dried curing is easy to keep stealth. If your curing in jars etc you can easily hide these anywhere pretty much. Drying outside is another story. I just grew two plants, harvested both dried and now curing them without my partner realizing and the grow op is in our bedroom... It can be done my friend.

no we are growing outside. could i just cut all the necessary branches put paper bags over them and then put plastic bags over the paper bags to keep them from getting soaked or is that a no go with all the humidity outside it would not dry correctly?

Ive never dried outside, so i dont know much about it. But i know theres a lot more can go wrong and is out of your control when trying to dry outside particularly if its your first time. If i were you id spend a couple of quid/dollars on some odor neutralizing wall plugs and set up a small discrete dry box which can fit in your wardrobe or under your bed.
