And also what do you mean by burpin i take it you mean just open the jar and let fresh air into the jars.

when they say burping, its jsut that, take the lid off for 20 mins a couple a times a day , and i would suggest curing it for like 2 weeks and then check it to see if it needs more, give it a taste test every week or two

even just a week in a jar helps tremendously with taste. You can definatly wait longer though. Just find what works best for you my brother

I burp once a day for 30 minutes and I take a paper plate and air it out by fanning the jars. Do this after opening and again before closing for a minute or two. I cure for a month in this method.
