I don't know but I'd like to find out too. All I know is I like it when it gets to the point where no more greeny grassy smell. Then yay! Haha. Bump! Guess who needs some fuckin' sleep?!

well it a process of slow drying that enhances smell taste and changes molocule parts of thc to make it more potent..

That would be the chlorophyll braking down. Very important for taste!
