When im drying should i hang in complete darkness and usually how long should they hang???

Complete darkness. Maybe a small fan on low depending on your humidity. Anywhere from 1 week 2 weeks usually to dry.

Then you can cure them for the best quality if you wish.

trim em before you hang them to dry in a DARK place usually for anywhere from 3-6 days before you wanna start keeping em in jars(keep airing the buds out tho till theyre completely dry).

i second the trimming before you dry...You should cut off the big fan leaves before you dry but leave some of the leaves on there as they will dry and become one with the buds adding more wieght...
