This is from a bud that was on the bottom of a small jar. I have been curing for half a month opening every other day or so..  Bud Rot?  Bud Rot zoom So is this bud rot or something else?

Looks like that wispy white mold that can show up when the buds aren't aired out properly during the jar phase. Looks very mild though. Go through the rest of your bud and see if there is more.

That sucks... I wouldn't smoke anymore off of that bud. Keep an eye out and make sure your shit gets aired out properly. Usually curing you should open 2 - 3 times per day for at least 5- 10 minutes to start with and then slowly reduce open time to less and less, idk what you did from the start but yea. Anyways, glad to hear it's not on anything else that looks like some good smoke.

I didnt have any more. I am going to throw the moldy part away cause I dont know if smoking mold spores is bad.

Move your bud around in the jar you cant just open and close and the info above is good too. |

Ever since my first encounter with post-harvest mold I now empty the jars out and let the buds dry out for about 30-60 min. I do this the first few days after jarring now and I have not had mold since. It might be overkill, but I feel warm and safe doing it this way. And no, it does not over dry my buds.
