harvested a few babies a week ago.....hung in well ventilated closet until my branches "snapped" then to brown paper bag for the last 2 days. just now put everything into mason jars and covered. Back in dark closet now. How often should i "burp" the jars and appx how long before the clorophyll aroma is gone and i get that sweet weed scent ????

I open my jars for an hour twice a day for the first week, Gently turn the buds around in the jars so they can crisp back up. Don't pack em in too tight, you need some air in there. The second and third week, I just open for an hour once a day and turn them. After they should have all sweated out and can either remain in the jars or where ever you store it.

I hang mine until they are dry to touch (not snap yet) then pack them loosely in jars, which I store in a cool, humid area . . . opening the jars ( 5-10 minutes) and loosening the buds, twice a day, until the smell returns and the stems "snap" . . . at which time I consider mine "cured".
