ok how long can i hang dry befor anything starts messin up or i get no benifits from it

depends on light, temp & humidity...
assuming total darkness, 72F & 55%RH, my guess is two weeks

give the buds a soft pinch if they arent too spongey mostly in the center u should be ok to cure, they should soften a bit on the outsides if they are too dry just be sure to turn them and let them breathe

Once the stems snap, rather than bending, you are done drying.

Proceed to step 2: Curing.
