Default Are they finished?? Need advice!

My plants are 8week flowering, their nearly 9 weeks in flowering, iv harvested 2, but I have 3 which have new pistil growth. The trichs are cloudy, should I harvest when the pistils are still white??

the pistils don't mean much...... go by the trichs.
