Default trimming leaves for harvest

Why do you trim very close to the bud, and trim most of the leaves off even thos the leaves have trichs on them?

well i like to think that the less leaf the better....gives me a head ache......and for the leaves with the trics....since they are leaves, people like to save these small bud leaves to make hash from once they are dry. oh and leaves taste like POOP

Keep all your trimmings and make some hash oil or something out of them.I like to smoke as much bud and little leaf as possible. There are a few different ways to make the oil.I used butane in a room vented straihgt outside with good results.Be careful with this method cuae all the butane has to evaperate into the air.
