    Default Help!!!!!! Rh issues

Im trying " the perfect dry" method but i can get the rh in the closet im using to dry right. I have 2 big pots ive been keeping with boiled water in there and like 3 wet towels and i cant get the rh past 30%. The room temp is steady at 73 degrees. I dont have a humidifier and cant get one right now. Does anyone have any idea how i can get the rh up? Or is there any chance that the 20 to 30% im able to get might be good enough? I gotta get this right. Thanks for any input in advance!

Put a potholder (no pun intended) on the floor so you don't melt the rug or mark your hardwood, boil a big pot of water (as if you were going to make spaghetti).
Get it to a good rolling boil, and set it in there.

Plants and the moisture in the pot will bring up humidity.you can also leave bottles of water open to evaporate into the air.

Heartfelt humidity beads are very popular among cigar enthusiast who use the beads in their cigar humidors. They come pre-set anywhere from 50% RH to 70% RH. If they are to expensive, I've heard that some silica based cat liter works really well at keeping RH around 60%-65%. I believe the brand is called Exquisicat Perl Fresh. Might be worth looking into.
