I think it's time to harvest but I'm not sure, could use some suggestions

I'm pretty sure it's time to harvest most of the hairs except for maybe 1 or 2 on a bud are orange and some are a dark brown. I don't want it to mature all the way because I still want to have a functional high. I don't have a powerful magnifying glass so I can't get a very close up look at the bud to check for amber or milky color so I have to go by the hairs. has anyone else harvested at this time and had it turn out the way I'm talking about?

It sounds like you could harvest now, it's hard to say with no pics and no discription of trichs.

My advice is to get a strong enough magnafying glass. Shouldn't that be standard equipment for a grower?

decided to go ahead and harvest hope I did the right thing

its all about preference at this point, I would give it 2 days of darkness then chop based on the fact that you wanted them to be harvested early.

Next time do multipal harvests too see what high you prefer.

yeah I only did half the plant. I'm going to give the rest another 2 maybe 3 week especially because of the shock of removing what I removed.

Everything seemed to work out great, the first harvest has exactly the effects I was hoping for. Let the rest of it grow another almost 2 weeks so that might give me the mellow relaxed kind of hi I'd be looking for other times thanks for all the great advice....except for Collisto's Orbit. I already knew I needed that but didn't want to spend the near 100 dollars I would have had to spend on the ones I could find in the short amount of time I'm not working. I think the idea of this forum is to help others with information you have from personal experience or research not to sit there and criticize without leaving any helpful information.
