Dry Ice Hash

I have watch the video several times but never see much on people using Dry Ice to make hash. Heres video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6-Z9-...eature=related Its good and give great info but there are several more on you tube.
Sorry no pictures, I just don't do them.
In a nut shell put you trim in a bucket, add dry ice. shake, shake, shake. put trim and ice in you bubble bag, shake over a solid surface. Mirror, glass picture etc. something easy to clean the hash off of.
I started with 3 1/2 oz. of trim. 1st used my 75 mic bag, it began with very little powder was coming out so I shake a little harder and dust starts falling, it looked like a shit load so I stopped. Its very fluffy and looks like more than it is, it was 2 grams. Its a beautiful blonde color and clean as it can be.
In to the bucket again and shake and I moved to the 120 mic bag. again got only 2 grams and significant green in the produce.
To the 160, 5 grams very green.
Finally 220 it flew from the bag like water in just a couple of shakes I had 7 grams but it was really green. It really didn't look much different from the produce in the bag.
The leaf is pulverized completely crumbs with the dry ice in the bag. At this point there is know what to separate the trichomes since the leaf is powder.
It was fast and easy, however just like bubble hash too much agitation breaks down the product and you get broken down leaf rather than trichome removal. It is even more dramatic with the dry ice.
I will try it again. I will use a gentler shake, with smaller micron bag, longer.
Also use the largest mirror-glass picture you can find and if that doesn't cover the table then put plastic down and use that under the mirror. A lot more dust flies off the mirror than you would think.

going to try this method this harvest. I find it extremely dubious to hear people writing their is significant difference between bubble hash and dry ice hash techniques as they are founded on the exact same principle.

It looks a lot more efficient and I honestly don't care if the only difference is, to quote others, 'taste' . how did it go with the smaller bags? I was thinking of just using the 120 mic bag. what do you think?

I saw the videos. A big difference between this method and ice hash is that the water lets the plant matter float, so it doesn't mix with the hash?

i went to osh and picked up a a tide laundry bag for 5 bucks and used all the clipping off a male plant i chopped down. the hash turned out a little on the green side but the smoke was nice. The higher the micron count the more "pure" the hash will probably turn out. dry ice hash is a really easy and quick way to make hash took me about 20 min to make 12.5 grams and only cost me around 10 bucks for the bag and the dry ice. im sure a 120 micron bag would be awesome !!! but for all you po folks like me out there tide laundry bag worked great. One day ill upgrade. Just make sure that all the shake your using is completely dry.
