    Default Will they be okay? Help

    Okay. So i hade my buds on a screen inside a suitcase that was opened half way. They were in there from monday night till thursday night. I checked on em tday and 4 small buds were showing signs of mould. None of the other buds are moulding. So i decided to change the drying area. I took a big tuperwear box and layed some Cd racks on the bottom and layed the big buds on top of them. Then i took a peice of cardboard and poked like 100 holes in it and taped it about 4 inches above the cd racks and put all the little buds on that (acting as a screen)
    I then drilled 20 holes on each side of the box, 15 holes on each end and about 30 holes in the lid.

    Will the buds be okay now? They have much more circulation, and I removed the few buds that were showing mould. What should i do?! I dont want to loose my harvest!!!

    you could dry them in paper bags to draw moisture. Thats what causing your mold. Mason jars work good for curing after dried.
    The only thing sensible to do when doing what you love isn't supposed to be done is do it anyway and do it responsibly.

    Hey Burton

    - Hang your buds until the stem snaps (if you've already clipped them use a camp dryer to dry the buds)
    - When the stem snaps when bent in two move the buds to paper bags.
    - The buds will seem crisp but there is lots of water at the core
    - Dump the buds from the paper bag once or twice a day, leave out to dry until the buds are crisp.
    - When the buds are no longer wet when dumped from the paper bag move them to a ziploc jar
    - Continue the dumping process, twice a day for the first few days, then once
    - Sample a bit of bud each week to see how the potency and flavour changes

    But will the way i have it right now work?!
    Like is the mold going to spred even if I removed all the buds with visable
    Mould?

    The cardboard will retain moisture and promote mould, use a kitchen strainer screen or toaster oven grill.

    Cut out all of the mouldy areas, leave them to dry seperately. You can extract the resin with butane or the trichs with a water extraction.

    The good bud should be left to dry until the stem snaps when bent. Watch for mould.

    It could and will if given proper conditions for mold to grow. You need that humidity level down super low and always dark. If you dont fix the humidity prob causing mold than it will mold your whole harvest up. Id use Hobbes method just to be safe.....Up 2 you.
