Default Is it possible that...(pics included)

Is it possible that the trichomes on some strains do not turn amber? My plant is starting week 10 of flowering. The leaves on the buds are getting crispy, she is really dense now, but the trichomes are still 50/50 cloudy and clear. The pics are taken from a previous post, unrelated to this, I did yesterday in General growing.

very nice plant .... im sure it will be some good smoke once you do get to chop it down. I probably would have gotten antsy and tore it down already lol.

The plant looks fine. The trikes are starting to cloud up, just like you said. If you are on Day 64, then she will take at least 80 days to ripen properly.

no... he said they are at week 10. 7 days in 1 week = 70 days.

dude your plants are really really close. my plant wasn't amber either but it was at 82 days. this is what she looked like 2 days before chop looks a lot like yours

lol. I harvested 12 side branches that were really close and left 6 more and the top cola. the top cola still has alot of white hairs on it and I am ending week 10 now. Friday is the start of week 11. I am curing a quart full and have dried out a few nugs to try.......Smoke report: F'N STONED!!!! very clear and upbeat high, but you can sit back and keep the couch warm at the same time. Thanks everyone.
