I grow Ice. It looks like it needs more time. My current grow has been on 12/12 now for 10 weeks and 2 days, and is still not finished. That looks like the shorter, bushier pheno to me, and if it is, it takes about 2 weeks longer than the taller one. The majority of the hairs will turn orange before the tricomes start to cloud up. If it came from Nirvana, the website originally said 8-9 week flower, but now it says 8-10 weeks, and from my experience it takes the full 10 weeks at least for most potency.
