there are some people that use molasses as a finishing to "plumping" up their buds at the end of the flowering cycle. Seems to be widely endorsed. check out this thred. and Good luck.

I have not had the experience to provide you such an answer. However, for all that I have read it seems that there is consensus that 2-3 tblsp per gallon of water is very beneficial? if you do some more seraching through the archives....I'll bet you'll find some good guidance from those that have had the experience.

I've been using unrefined cane sugar for quite a while now, which has been working great! Adds a noticable plump to the buds as well as a better flavor.

I recently switched over to molassas out of convenience - I found 1/2 a jar in the kitchen cabinets - must have been left over from cookies a long time ago...

It also disolves easier than the sugar I had been using.

I use 1-2 Tablespoons per gallon.

cool thanks for piping in...I have read that the reasons for molasses include that what you said, easy mix, etc. but also that it is essentially cane sugar - with all the goody micronutirents and relatively cheap at like $3/500ml container ....I know for sure I'm gonna try it out. thanks again...

The deal is that when a plant starts flowering/fruit producing it uses up many carbohydrates. Adding molasses or simple sugars should allow the plant to produce larger buds/flowers/fruit. That is a simplified explanation.
