i feel like any temperature between 60-80 is ok. With warmer temp you need to make sure you have some circulation as to prevent mold. When drying in cooler temps say 55-60 you would still need ventilation/circulation because it will take longer for the buds to dry. The point of fans is to get fresh air around the bud so it can dry. If you have no fan and 55 degrees you buds are going to sit there cold and wet forever. Id say humidity is just as important as temperature in this case.
i would say maybe 20 or 30 percent relative humidity would be good for drying I feel like anything above 50 % would be to high 30% RH + 65 = nice slow drying bud low humidity and high temp=quick drying bud high humidity and low temp= slow drying high humidity high temp=MOLD You want the temp to be cool but not to cool and humidity under 40% You need circulation but if you have the fan blowing directly on the bud it will dry to fast. Best to be slow dried anywhere from 10-21 days I have dried bud in under 5 days it was good but crispy
