Am They Done Blooming?

Hey yall i am about seven weeks into my blooming phase using gen hydro maxi bloom maybe too much but I am not getting the yields i want, maybe my lighting is too poor but i had 150 watt coil bulb and a smaller coil and two dual spectrum aerogarden lights, there is so many tall white hairs and it smells like dank kush should i wait longer to cut them down or flush and chop now? The last pic is justshowing my setup a long time ago my plants are actually about a foot and a half and then some now

Its a little hard to tell that far away from the bud. The issue with yield looks to be you dont have enough light.Looks like you had an aerogarden which would have been your issue from day one as they dont work for this type of grow too small and not enough light
