Default Neem oil on flowering plants- bad idea?

Have 10-14 days left on a couple plants and was thinking about an OMRI sulfer based 3 in 1 or an extract of Neem oil 3 in 1 to make sure bugs, fungus, mold stay away. They both say they last a week or two and I won't be around the plants to watch them that closely.

I thought I read neem oil is not recommended for flowering plants. Any thoughts?

I mean if you haven't had issues with pests yet, I wouldn't worry about it. It's not worth the risk.

I've used Neem Oil/soap on flowering plants. I haven't noticed any bad effects, although I try not to use it during the last 3 weeks. I understand that many growers who suffer from Powdery Mildew and other fungus use it regularly.

I wouldn't use a sulfur spray on buds, it might affect the taste. When I've used a sulfur vaporizer in the flowering room, I've always hosed off my plants really well before harvest.
