New Drying and Curing Technique

Hey guys

i got this technique from "Ready Set Grow Volume 2"

my buds always get kindve to dry so im gonna try this technique next harvast.

This is alternating between open air(hanging or laying on screens) and inclosed bags.

1.24hrsopen air(Hanging in the air,laying on screens in vented RM)

2.In Bag 8hrs(trash bags,shpping bags put into a not or tied somehow)

3.16hrs open air (Hanging in the air,laying on screens in vented RM)

4.In bag 6hrs(trash bags,shpping bags put into a not or tied somehow)

5.open air 12hrs(Hanging in the air,laying on screens in vented RM)

continue as necessary

you will continue to do this for 3-4 days as thats when the usally the buds are ready to Smoke/Store the buds.

Hiya Cali. I got 1 more week and i will be harvesting, i think i will give this a try and see how it works, I will let you know if it really works or not, Im hopeing it does, my b-day is the 22nd and id like to smoke some of my 1st ever grown stuff.

I did a similar method of drying this time. Without hanging them up to dry. I trimmed all the leaves off and cut each bud from the stems. Placed in a paper yard waste bag that I cut the top 1/4 off. I gently placed each bud on the bottom of the bag, nothing overlapping or on top of each other. Placed the open bag on top of my cabinet in the garage and left sit for a day. I checked it each day gently moving and turning the buds around. After 3 days I closed the bag and will check daily until dry. My first bag I did this, it was snappy dry in 5 days. That harvest is now in jars. I think it worked great, has a real nice head buzz and sweet taste to it, even right out of the bag without the jar cure.

It sure did work. They are kind of the same ideas eh?. You air dry, then plastic bags, I paper bag dry, then jar cure them. Similiar idea in that they are ready to smoke, nice and juicy, sticky buds, sweet buds, in a week. Oh ya.
