Ok, so do i need to sterilize the jars before i use them???...if im opening them up everyday and taking the bud out (is this what im supose to do?) then should i be cleaning them everytime???

I don't see any need to clean the jars unless you spot some mold on da buds.

Yea after hanging the plan upside down for a few days to dry. Then i grab my clean jars and fill them 75% full. The first few days i open the jars a few times and empty the bud. Refill and close no washing. As time goes on i open the jars less and less. Clean and sanitize every grow but not every time you open the jar.

Wow. I've got mason jars that I've put different buds in 6-8 times a year, and I haven't cleaned them in over 5 years.

Same for the curing tins.

Hey Potroast next time you fill your jars mail them to me & i'll empty and clean them for you. lol.. j/k

I'm a bit of a clean freak every 3 months. Yea i clean germ trays, potters, water buckets, floors, walls, jars, everything. Anything i can spray with clorox bleach cleaner gets cleaned. This excessive cleaning may be due to my Aracniphobia. Flippin mites.

Guess the correct answer for the jars would of been between 3 months and 5 years. Maybe even longer if Potroast won't mail me any jars.
