Does anyone no any good flushing technecs, im growing in coco an also nft.

got your message man but i'll just reply here.
straight water, and lots of it, for about a week. then a few days before you pull it, let it dry out. this will make the drying time shorter because the buds won't be swollen with excess moisture.

they r in 11lts pots, so shall i jus fill up the bath and rest them over the bath and jus drownd them with jugs of water, And with the nft jus empty an refill with tap water and let it run till the ones in the coco drys?

just stop all nutes and water each with a couple of litres of fresh water a day, until it's running out the holes in the bottom of the pots. do this for about a week, then let them dry out, then cut them.
easy peasy.

I usually like to use my foot sometimes to excercise my legs. Thats the only other flushing technique I know besides the regular push down the ol handle technique.
