Thanks! I tried to trim it nice and close and just saved the trimmings for some bubble hash, I have the super-tiny 1gallon bags (only have 6 plants worth of trim).

Both plants are completely dry and are or have been in the jar.

Here are a few pics of the finished product:
1. 5 top buds from the BM mother all stems removed and trimmed nice and close = 15g (not bad for a CFL grow)
2 and 3. A couple medium buds from the 1st clone harvested of BM. Total yield was 27.6g for the whole plant (again, not bad for a CFL grow and 4 weeks of veg time on a clone).
4. The last BM clone that I put in the dark for the next 72hrs.

Its a little sad now that my grow is all wrapped up. I have to focus on school but might start another one up in the spring.

Its sweet tasting, on the really nice buds you get a hint of the BB. Unbelievably smooth, I tried it with a short little spoon (had an accident with my water pipe) and went through a bowl of freshly dried (no cure) and didn't even sense a tickle. Great smoke for daytime, I went to the anatomy lab and worked on cutting up my body's anterior thigh for about 2 hours. Focusing, relaxing, uninhibited high with some giggles. Never hit the munchies or couch-lock phase, but I only had a really small bowl of it. I almost forgot, awesome pain killer. My back usually hurts (herniated disc) when I'm stooped over the table dissecting for a few hours but I felt fresh and limber haha.

Lost a little smell when it hung up to dry. Its in jars now and is making a comeback. I can only think that this stuff is going to get better with cure (as about everything does).

NO BURN-OUT! Great, great product. I'm tempted to hoard my entire harvest haha.

nie cfl grow. my first grow was BM and everyone loved it nice and smooth a pretty potent. Those buds look pretty tight for cfl. props to ya

Love what you've done with the CFL's, how many lights / W your setup used at the end? as a Wal-mart grow was it all in rubbermaids or closet space and did you have any odor containment?

Looking into ordering some blue mystic myself, your results look appetizing

6x26w CFLs per plant. I made some reflectors out of used cardboard (from the light boxes haha) and space blankets (.99 at Target).

Grow was done in crawl-space/closet type area. No odor control (though towards the end the BB smell from the BM was pretty pungent).

I think b/c of the CFLs and a little problem with temp regulation (it got cold FAST) the flowering time was extended a bit...but then again the Night Shade I grew next to it finished almost 2 weeks faster than the breeder guide suggested. Lots of variables could have contributed. I was hoping for some blue in the final product, the cold temps (around 53-60 at night for the last 3-4 weeks of flowering) should have helped but alas I did not have a pheno with blue tints. Better yield than the Night Shade, but these plants didn't experience the same bad luck (falling lights etc.).

My overhead I finally calc'd out to around $300 +/- $25. Nutes were all organic and homemade (minus a little during veg for the mothers) but were kept minimal throughout. Flushed, dried, cured in a relatively straightforward fashion. The clone that I just dried did seem to have more resin at the end than the mother. Thinks makes me believe the insertion of thumbtacks into the branches prior to harvest is beneficial in coaxing out the last burst of resin before chopping.

btw, I had the resources for a larger op with HPS or MH lights, but live in a fire trap and chose CFLs so that I could sleep easy when the lights were on.

I really would like to get some night shade as well.. can't seem to find a good place to get them into the US tho, suggestions?
