ok i'm a newb and just harvested my first batch of green, i had to harvest early due to a frost scare and it has a really sweet smell and taste. i hung it for 7 days and had it jars for 30 burpin every day, it still gets me high but it doesn't taste like weed it has a real sweet smell and taste, so my question is is that because i harvested early? or maybe i didn't trim it enough it did look kinda leafy, i just wanna know cause my next batch is about ready to come down and i don't wanna make the same mistake.

that is a good thing. alot of buds smell and taste different. the sweet smell is something that alot of people look for. if u are looking for a different smell try buying or getting some known genetic seeds that match up with the way u want it to smell.
