"half my plant has been curing for 4 days"

What does curing means? Isnt that healing like in getting better?

"half is ready for mason jars."

Ready to harvest?

Can u specify your question?

either way it can all go in the same jar, but u run the risk of maybe taking some mold spores or something else to your already sealed jar. I would say put it in another jar, but either way make sure you burp those jars twice a day for a while :P

Honestly myself i do not prefer using jars for curing. I use paper bags. when it is dry enough to trim after hanging and after you trim it, put it into paper bags and close the bag, it slows down the drying without holding all the moisture in like a jar. moisture can release out through the paper, it still has airflow. open the bag once a day and kind of shake or rattle the bag to seperate the bud and to let air in between them. Try it out, it works GREAT for me, been doin it for years, u get better smell and flavor curing that way. but that is only my opinion, try both ways and see which works best for you, good luck
