hi i took these pics 4 days ago and i need an idea if she is done, i cant post any new pics right now,sorry, and i plan on doing a 2 stage harvest, as far as the tops go do i just cut down as far down the stem as the bud is done and just let the rest of the the branch try to finish ripening,have like 10 tops plus the main cola....any advise

Do you have a microscope? That is the only real way to tell.

in my opinion you should wait untill the leaves start yellowng off, so you an tell the bud is absorbng all it can from the rest of the leaves. looks great so far but i recommend waiting another week or two and post a pic then. and yes getting a microscope would help a lot haha

those pics are 4 days old and the leaves are yellow now.

are they wilting off and drooping? if so off with their heads!

dont just go by dying leaves, all my fan leaves were gone 3 weeks ago due to flowering and it's almost done now, if the top buds truly look ripe than you can harvest those now and leave the premature buds to finish on the plant.
