Wash off foliar spray?

If i sprayed my plants with Magic Green, do I have to wash it off somehow before I harvest? Like with tap water?

Edit: Actually, in my particular case, I sprayed a diluted milk solution on the leaves to combat a tiny bit of mildew, and I can see some dried spots on the leaves. Should this be washed off somehow?
