From personal experience buddy let it go. You are growing a very dominant sativa at the moment and sativa's take TIME alot of it. they can take anywhere up to 16-18 weeks longest I heard was 20 but i think that was the growers problem not the strain.


Look for 100% brown/red hairs then when you see that wait another week for them to recede. After you waited for that you can get in their with a scope and harvest when you want 50%amber 40 30 20 10 etc. My personal favorite is 10%amber and the rest cloudy. It will be a veryyyy upbeat buzz if you do happy toking and good lookin shit man keep up the good work!

its not done yet bud. look at your first pics then look at your last pics. it has probably doubled in yield over that time. let it go till the hairs recede into the buds. they will only be sticking out about 1/8 to 1/4 inch. not the 1/2-3/4 they are out now. you still have a good week left and you will see a significant difference from the way it looks now. its a beautiful plant, nice grow.

bump what this guy is saying. you'll be sorry if you pull to early. look up zeus's take on harvesting. there is more to harvest than just time or trichomes, its about the overall maturity of the plant.

,from the apperance it looked out to be an indica to me that is why at 13weeks I thought it should be ready.does it look like to be a sativa?

it looks hybrid to my, little of both. there are several things that may have happened.

1 you have a long flowering strain.

2 you had a light leak early in flower. this stalls them for a while (3-4 weeks) because they have to get back through the hormone thing.

3 over watering will make them slow to finish. as my plants get closer to finish i always cut way back on water.

4 your lighting times could be to long for this strain. depending on genetics of a certain strain, 12 hours dark may be marginal. some require longer dark periods to finish all the way.

5 fert schedule. if you provide too much nitrogen during flowering it can make the strain take longer to finish.

if any of these apply, it could give you a clue as too why its taking so long. there are probably other things that could have happened too but those iare the ones that have caused me problems in the past. dont fret though dude, that is some very nice looking bud and it will be worth the wait.

Even tho hair color is only one element of determining if your buds are done, just seeing all those immature white pistils would hold me off for at least another week.

I'm in week 15 with 2 g13 haze from barneys and I'll prob go til week 16 or 17. My 1st 2 grows were ok, but i realize now I chopped early . so after enduring 15 wks i want em proper so 2 xtra weeks is no biggie. wait, you'll be glad you did.

Sick plants man, I'm in the same shizzle, I harvested two of my plants one at 6 and the other at 8 b/c I was out of smoke. Now that my plants area rounding 9 weeks I'm wishing I would of picked up some schwag!! They are Soooo much bigger now, if I would have waited I could have at least doubled the harvest of those first two plants. Thats ok, I've got 6 other girls that are going to make it to the end.
