Default light question ++rep

I'm growing in my closet and the plants are in the flowering stage so at night, they need complete darkness as we all know and light leaks make flowering longer. Now, my problem is when i enter my room, i need to turn my light on for a minute or two, then lights out back to complete darkness. Would a short amount of light confuse the plants or only steady light will do that?

No as long as it isnt a grow light, even then I dont think it would do anything
