I hang mine to dry usually takes anywhere from 4-7 days, 5 is typical. As soon as the stems break when I bend them, but not completely crispy you still want slight moisture for a good cure, although you have to make sure you are good about opening your jars to let out the residual moisture or you get mold and everything is ruined. Those ones sat in jars about 3 or 3.5 months before I took those pics I believe.
