So me and a friend were walking and found about ~30 NATURALLY growing plants. Being prepared i cut some sample tops off to see if its good smoke. When i looked at the plants i thought i was harvesting early because the buds were thin but had alot of milky/clear trichomes. But then i looked at it ahain and its just alot of seed pods covered in trichs, but no bud or flower tp it so i thought maybe i missed my chance. Someone please tell me if i missed my chance or if i still have to wait for it to flowering.

P.S. These plants have been naturally growing here for like 30 years im NOT a thief

I also thought maybe uts hemp, but then i saw it had trichs on it so i don't if i missed my chance to harvest or not

Guys its natural.... Its a railroad by my house that the army used to ship medical marijuana back in the day. There are alot of plants there and they have been growing there for YEARS
