Default harvest advice

This is my first outdoor grow so im still a rookie. i really dont know what strain it is.
i think it's afgan.Would anybody have a ideal. Well she's been in flowering
for bout a month now and i wondering should i go ahead and harvest because the buds up top are a nice size but the buds at the bottom is quite small so should i go ahead and get the top out the way and let the sun get to the bottom half of the plant.
Help Please.
P.S is it to late to clone

If your not threatened by frost/theives I would wait.
The bottom buds are always smallish.
You could tie a couple branches down to expose the lower buds.
Your looking good just wait and your yeild and smoke will be better.
First hard frost harvest and enjoy.
