Lightbulb Harvesting w/ dry soil?

So i have heard that if u harvest in your night cycle, and with dry soil, its a better for your buds. Now to me, with that dry soil, wouldn't it make your buds taste like hay? Anyones opinion is welcome!!

Harvesting when soil is dry means there's less water in the plant so it will dry faster and have less chance of molding. The hay smell is caused by clorophyll and that's going to be with the plant until it gets cured regardless.
