Hey first timer, b4 the plant was chopped had a lovely nice weed with a hint of lime smell, after the chop smelt like cut grass with a hint of weed smell, its been drying for 4 days and the smell still the same,

Is this normal?

When it cures will the smell go back to the nice weed with a hint of lime,
?

any other ways i can help/improve smell

yeah the smell should come back what is it in? is it dark and not to dry place? after a few day some ppl will put their stuff in a paper bag to slow their drying. are you doing that? also one thing you could do is take some potato bread put it out in the sun for a day or 2 so it gets real dry then put that in with your stuff. I know it sound weird, but trust me that works great and helps the flavor come out.

i have never heard of potato bread bringing out odors BUT usually that smell will degrade over time...as you cure, the smell will slowly come back. Take your time with curing.......i would NOT place bread in as you can get mold if you dont watch what you are doing
